Objective:

Stimulate student interest in research and financially assist the best candidates to undertake or continue a master's program in the fields of natural sciences, mathematical sciences, and engineering.

Eligibility for the Master's Scholarship In Research (B1x) - Frqnt Natural Sciences, Mathematical Sciences And Engineering:

  • Applicants must have been registered in a Quebec university for at least 2 full-time sessions (or equivalent) among the 3 sessions preceding the session during which the date of entry falls.
  • Candidates should have a Régie de l'assurance santé du Québec (RAMQ) card valid on the competition deadline or proof attesting that a card was requested from the RAMQ and that its validity will cover the deadline of the competition.

Value of the Scholarship:

The annual value of the master's scholarship is $20,000.
