Masters Excellence Scholarship 2026

Eligibility criteria:

• The Master's Excellence Scholarship 2025-26 is available for full-time Home (UK) students who are self-funded.
• Applicants must have a first-class honours bachelor's degree from a UK university, excluding those who have studied at the University of Essex (due to a separate Alumni discount).
• Students must register for a full-time Master's course at the University of Essex in October 2026 or January 2027, in programs such as MA, MSc, LLM, MFA, MPP, or MBM.
• The scholarship is not available for students who are sponsored, studying part-time, or enrolling in online courses.

Application Process:

• There is no need for a separate application for the Master's Excellence Scholarship 2026.
• Eligible students will automatically be considered based on their academic transcripts and certificates submitted during the application for their course at the University of Essex.

Value or Benefit:

• The Master's Excellence Scholarship offers a 25% discount on tuition fees for the first year of a full-time Master's course.
• This discount cannot be combined with other University of Essex scholarships, and it is available only for the first year of study.
