The M. Wright Family Award is a $1500 bursary awarded to a student entering first year at Algoma University in Sault Ste. Marie who has completed certain local secondary schools and who exhibits financial need.

Eligibility requirements for the M. Wright Family Award at Algoma University:

Must be entering first year of study directly from high school.
Must have graduated from one of the following school boards/schools: Algoma District School Board,Huron Superior Catholic District School Board, Michipicoten High School, Kirkland Lake District Composite School
Must demonstrate financial need.

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 1,500 is awarded to support a full-time student.
