Luc-Bouthillier Prize - Forestry Passion

The goal of the Luc-Bouthillier Prize is to honor a student's abilities in communication and popularization who has dedicated themselves to advancing forestry during their training within the parameters of academic, professional, or civic activities.

Eligibility Criteria for the Luc-Bouthillier Prize - Forestry Passion:

  • Students need to be working full-time or deemed to be full-time according to Financial Aid for Studies in the cooperative baccalaureate in wood engineering, the cooperative baccalaureate in forestry operations, or the baccalaureate in forest management and environment during the award session of the stock market.
  • Students should have acquired 90 credits in their program of study.
  • Students must have a minimum program average of at least 3.00/4.33
  • Students should have participated in one or more university, professional, or civic activities during their training, which allowed them to highlight their communication and popularization talents to promote forestry.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevance of the activities in which the student is engaged
  • Level of student engagement in university and/or community life
  • Quality of presentation of the application and French
