Lorna Gibbard Liba Memorial Award

The Lorna Gibbard Liba Memorial Award is supported by the Lorna Gibbard Liba Memorial Fund, and it provides support to students who are enrolled in the General Business program at Olds College.

Eligibility criteria for the Lorna Gibbard Liba Memorial Award:

Applicants must be Business students majoring in General Business.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
Applicants must demonstrate satisfactory academic achievement.
Applicants must demonstrate Consideration for others, Enthusiasm and initiative, and Innovative problem-solving skills.
Preference is given to students from BC.
Second preference is given to out-of-province students.
If there are no suitable out-of-province candidates, consideration may be given to students from smaller, more remote areas of Alberta.
