Overview
Eligibility
- Applicants enrolled full-time in the degree of BA(Hons) in Linguistics are eligible for the scholarship.
- Applicants are expected to have a grade average of at least A- in 40 points at 300 level in the subject to be pursued at Honours.
- Applicants are required to notify in writing to the Scholarship office regarding their acceptance of the award.
- In special circumstances, the terms and conditions may be relaxed to avoid any hardships faced by the candidates.
Selection Criteria
- Applicants will be awarded based on their academic merit.
- Applicants are selected by a panel consisting of the Head of the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies, selected senior colleagues from the School, and a representative of the University Scholarships Office.
