Eligibility Criteria for the 49th LD Democrats Advocacy and Leadership Community Scholarship:

  • The applicant must be an Undergraduate WSU Vancouver junior or senior student.
  • The applicants must be enrolled in Public Affairs, Social Science, Communications, Education or Humanities.
