Overview
Eligibility Criteria for LazioDiSCo Scholarship:
- Be enrolled or enroll by 10 February 2026 in an eligible higher-education programme at a university whose legal headquarters is in the Lazio region of Italy.
- Be enrolled in one of the following course types:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree
- Single-cycle master’s degree
- PhD (only if NOT receiving another PhD scholarship or public funding)
- Postgraduate/specialization courses (excluding medical-area courses funded through medical contracts)
- Inter-university courses, provided the student is enrolled at the Lazio-based university.
- Meet economic requirements:
- ISEE/ISEE-UP (economic index) not higher than the threshold set for the year (approx. €27,948).
- ISPE/ISPE-UP (asset index) not higher than approx. €60,758.
Value of LazioDiSCo Scholarship:
- Scholarships for financial support to students;
- Accommodation in university residences for students studying away from home;

Collateral includes either: Immovable property – a house or a flat or land (or) liquid security – an FD, or LIC or shares or bonds. Agricultural lands are not accepted by any bank for education loan.
