Eligibility Criteria for Kitchener Scholarship 2026:

For undergraduate level:

Have one parent who served in His Majesty’s Armed Forces, and be accepted for an undergraduate course at a UK university.
OR be an ex‑serviceman or ex‑servicewoman under age 30 and accepted for undergraduate studies at a UK university.

For postgraduate level:

Have been a former Kitchener Scholar at undergraduate level; OR
Have one parent who served in His Majesty’s Armed Forces and been accepted for postgraduate study; OR
Be an ex‑serviceman or ex‑servicewoman under age 30 accepted for postgraduate study.

Value of Kitchener Scholarship 2026:

The Lord Kitchener National Memorial Fund offers Undergraduate Scholarships to around 25 candidates each year with a value of each award in the region of £2,000.
