- Submit the General Scholarship Application.
- Submit the Key Club Scholarship Application.
- Provide the email address of their Key Club sponsor as part of the application.
- Complete a minimum of 50 service hours each year of Key Club participation.
- Upload a letter of verification from the Key Club sponsor confirming participation and service hours into the MSU Scholarship Portal.
- Have a minimum scholarship GPA of 3.0.
- Upload a letter of verification from a high school guidance counselor, principal, or other official by December 1.
