Overview

The University of Kent has initiated The Kent Scholarship for Academic Excellence to provide financial support to all the students enrolling in any course of study at the university.

Eligibility for the Kent Scholarship for Academic Excellence:

Applicants must:

  • be entering an undergraduate degree at any stage at the University of Kent’s Canterbury or Medway campus from September 2025;
  • achieve the equivalent of ABB A level to be eligible for consideration;
  • have achieved the required grades for at least one of the qualifications specified below; and
  • have satisfied conditions of entry to the University of Kent.

Application Process:

There is no application form to complete. Students will be automatically awarded upon enrollment with the university.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful applicants of the Kent Scholarship for Academic Excellence will receive a scholarship value of £2,000 for stage 1 (first year) of study.

Note:

The scholarship may be held in conjunction with a University bursary and most other undergraduate scholarships.
