Kent Law School LLM Global Welcome Scholarship (Canterbury) 2026

Brief Description:

The Law School has established a major fund to support overseas students who study a taught LLM at the University’s Canterbury campus. Overseas students from any country that receives Official Development Assistance (ODA) from the OECD who undertake a full-time, taught LLM at the Canterbury Campus of the University of Kent.

Eligibility for the Kent Law School LLM Global Welcome Scholarship (Canterbury):

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid passport showing nationality of a country that receives Official Development Assistance (ODA) from the OECD
• Be classified by the University of Kent as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes
• Be fully self-funding their studies
• Have applied for a full-time taught LLM at the Canterbury campus of the University of Kent for January 2026 entry
• Have accepted an offer for the taught LLM by the scholarship application deadline.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants of the Kent Law School LLM Global Welcome Scholarship (Canterbury) will receive a GBP 2,500 tuition fee discount from the university.
