Eligibility Criteria for Kenneth Stollery Memorial Graduate Award:

Be full-time Master’s or PhD students in the Department of Economics at the University of Waterloo.
Demonstrate academic excellence.
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Be an Ontario resident (must have lived in Ontario for at least 12 months before starting postsecondary education).
Apply for OSAP for the relevant term (or provide proof of OSAP restriction if not eligible).
Demonstrate financial need where current expenses exceed income in the Graduate Student Award application budget.
