Eligibility Criteria for the KAAD Central, Southeastern and Eastern Europe Programme:

Applicants must:

Be citizens of a country in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, South-Eastern Europe, Central Asia, or the Caucasus.
Be of the Catholic faith; in exceptional cases, applicants from other Christian denominations may be considered if proposed by Catholic partners.
Meet the academic requirements for the intended study or research program.
Demonstrate strong academic performance and research potential.
