Eligibility Criteria for the Julia Metcalfe Award in Medical Imaging at the University of Auckland:

  • Have successfully completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences (PGDipHSc) specialising in Ultrasound, or a Master of Health Sciences (Taught) including Ultrasound courses (MHSc).

  • Have worked in one of the following Health Boards during their programme:
    • Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB)
    • Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB)
    • Auckland District Health Board (ADHB)
  • Be nominated to the Scholarships Office for consideration.

Value of the Julia Metcalfe Award in Medical Imaging at the University of Auckland:

One Award will be made annually, and will be of the value of $2,500.
