Judge Debra Halpern Bernes Memorial Scholarship in Law at Georgia State University 2025

The purpose of this scholarship is to give Georgia State University College of Law, students financial support. Scholarships are given out without regard to a minimum GPA criterion.

Eligibility for the Judge Debra Halpern Bernes Memorial Scholarship in Law at Georgia State University:

Applicants must:

• Be a recently-admitted or continuing student in the College of Law at Georgia State University.
• Be in good academic standing.
• Demonstrate an intention to pursue public service or work with public entities as part of their legal career.
• Be community service-oriented and prioritize community and public service.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must complete and submit the General Application Form to be considered for the scholarship.
