Established in 2006, the Prize is supported by donations made by the Right Honourable Jonathan Hunt OBE. The Prize's primary goal is to recognize and honor outstanding academic performance in politics and international relations undergraduate courses.
Eligibility for Jonathan Hunt Prize in Politics and International Relations 2024:
- Students with the highest grade point average (GPA) in politics and international relations during the award year who are pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree in those subjects.
- The Deputy Head (Academic) of the School of Social Sciences recommends that the Prize be given by the University of Auckland Council.
- Students need to be international fee-paying students.
Application Process:
Students don't need to fill out an online application or apply for this scholarship. It is given out based on the advice of the appropriate University of Auckland committee or faculty.
