Eligibility Criteria for the John and Anne Frey Natural Sciences Sophomore Scholarship: 

Applicants must be students who:

  • Will have successfully completed their Freshman (first year) on campus at Minnesota State University, Mankato following the conclusion of spring term (students with PSEO and transfer credits are not eligible)
  • Fully intend to major in one of the natural sciences (biological sciences, chemistry/biochemistry, geology and physics)
  • Exhibit financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid
