The Jenabai Hussainali Shariff and Family Scholarship at the University of Northern British Columbia supports undergraduate students from Northern Pakistan and Afghanistan who are Aga Khan School or Academy graduates and demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. 

Eligibiy Criteria for the Jenabai Hussainali Shariff and Family Scholarship at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be from Northern Pakistan or Afghanistan.
• Applicants must have graduated from an Aga Khan School or Aga Khan Academy.
• Applicants must be nominated by the AKDN through an Aga Khan Schools representative.
• Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Application Process for the Jenabai Hussainali Shariff and Family Scholarship at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• No separate application is required.
• Students are nominated by the AKDN through the Aga Khan Schools representative.
• Selection is based on academic excellence and financial need as determined during the AKDN nomination process.
• The award information provided by UNBC also states that no additional documentation is required from applicants.

Value: CAD 80,000 total (CAD 20,000 per year for four years), renewable for three consecutive years subject to maintaining satisfactory academic standing.
