Eligibility Criteria for the Janet M. Spuck Memorial Scholarship:

The applicants must:

  • Be a WSU Vancouver Master in Nursing. (or)
  • Be a registered nurse (RN) who is enrolled in a program to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Be enrolled part-time.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrate financial need.

Application Process:

The 2026/27 WSU General Scholarship application is due January 31st for Vancouver Scholarships only.
