Janet Lovering Graduate Scholarship for Nursing

The Janet Lovering Graduate Scholarship for Nursing was established by the Lovering family in memory of Janet Lovering to encourage and support nurses who wish to pursue graduate studies in nursing at the University of Prince Edward Island.

Eligibility criteria for the Janet Lovering Graduate Scholarship for Nursing:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in the Master of Nursing program at the university.
  • Preference is given to applicants in the Nurse Practitioner stream.
  • The scholarship may be renewed for the same student for up to two years, subject to evidence of continued enrolment and satisfactory academic progress after the first year.
  • Full-time UPEI staff or full-time or part-time UPEI faculty are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
