Eligibility Criteria for Jane Patrick and Barry Schacht Scholarship in Fibers at Colorado State University 2026:

Applicants must:

• Be a full-time undergraduate junior or senior or a graduate student in the College of Liberal Arts at Colorado State University.
• Be majoring in Art, with a Fibers concentration.
• Have a minimum 3.25 GPA in their major.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Be working in or focusing on weaving and/or spinning as part of their Fibers concentration.
• Preference is given to students pursuing a career in the weaving and spinning industry, such as:
  • Studio artist
    Designer for industry
    Editorial work focused on textiles
    Museum studies
    Other related textile-related professions
• Merit will be prioritized first, with financial need considered secondarily.
