The Jane Layhew Nursing Bursary supports University of Northern British Columbia students in eligible nursing programs who demonstrate financial need and satisfactory academic standing.

Eligibility Criteria for the Jane Layhew Nursing Bursary at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an eligible nursing program.
• Applicants must be a resident of Northern British Columbia.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic standing.
• Applicants must note that first preference for one award is given to an Indigenous student.
