IshanUday Special Scholarship Scheme for the Northeastern Region:

A scholarship scheme aimed at promoting higher education in the North Eastern Region (NER) by providing financial assistance to eligible students.

Eligibility Criteria for the IshanUday Special Scholarship Scheme for the Northeastern Region:

The applicants must have passed Class XII or equivalent from a school situated within the Northeastern Region, through a recognized Board of Education.
The applicants must be admitted to the first year of a UG degree program through regular/full-time mode.
The applicants must be pursuing a recognized UG degree program specified and notified by UGC.

Applicants process:

The applicants should apply online through the National Scholarship Portal.

Value of the scholarship:

Rs. 80,000/- per annum is awarded to support a full-time student
