IRAS Scholarships

The IRAS Scholarships are open to Singapore Students who have an Outstanding GCE 'A' level results, polytechnic results or equivalent results in International Baccalaureate (IB) and NUS High School Diploma.
For Mid-term Scholarships, extraordinary university results must be required.
The Applicant must also possess co-curricular records and leadership qualities.

Types of IRAS Scholarships:

• Merit Scholarship: Full Scholarship can be claimed at NTU, NUS, SMU including maintenance allowance, tuition fees, pre-studies allowance, computer allowance, miscellaneous and other compulsory fees and partial sponsorship for approved overseas universities. It offers Scholarships for single or double Bachelor degree(s) or for 5 years with Bachelor and Master degrees.
• Overseas Scholarship: Full sponsorship is provided including return air passage, maintenance allowance, pre-studies allowance, computer allowance, miscellaneous allowance and other compulsory fees for your overseas undergraduate course. The Scholarship is provided for 6 years including those sponsored for direct Masters.
• Mid-Term Scholarship: Mid-Term Scholarship is applicable for existing undergraduates at local or overseas tertiary institutions. It can be claimed at NTU, NUS, SMU or any approved overseas universities. This scholarship can also be continued to 6 years including masters for overseas studies or 4 years with single or double bachelor(s) or 5years including the masters at local universities. IRAS mid-term scholarship covers the remaining expenses incurred for your undergraduate studies.
