Be a new undergraduate student at the University of Idaho (first-year or first-time transfer)
Be pursuing their first bachelor’s degree
Be enrolled full-time (12–18 credits per semester)
Have an incoming GPA of 3.0 or higher
Be a resident of a non-WUE state or an international student
Maintain continuous enrollment and a 2.5 cumulative U of I GPA to continue receiving the award
