The International University Partnership Scholarship (2+2) is a partial tuition award designed for students transferring from approved partner universities to complete the final two years of their degree.

Eligibility Criteria for International University Partnership Scholarship at University of Tulsa:

Open to international students from partner universities, including:
- China University of Petroleum-Beijing
- Yangtze University
- Southwest Petroleum University
- Northeast Petroleum University
- Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology
Be enrolled in or graduating from an approved partner university.
Apply for a 2+2 transfer program at the University of Tulsa.
Maintain good academic standing throughout the scholarship period.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Value of International University Partnership Scholarship at University of Tulsa:

The scholarship provides a partial tuition award of $13,500.
Students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher may receive an additional $10,000 as part of the award.
