International Student Award at UNSW 2024

With the launch of the Foreign Student Award, UNSW recognizes the influence and contribution of foreign students. For each year of your program, receive 15% off your tuition. Students from qualifying nations who begin their studies in 2023 or 2024 are eligible for the Award. Additionally, the Award can be combined with other UNSW scholarships.

Eligibility for International Student Award:

• An Applicant must be an international student
• To be eligible for the Award, applicants must obtain an acceptance offer from UNSW for a new undergraduate or graduate coursework program.
• Students enrolled in any program offered by AGSM, UNSW Online, UNSW Canberra, Study Abroad, UNSW Foundation Program, or Transition Program Online are not eligible for the Award.
• Only degrees for which UNSW is required to receive tuition fees are eligible for the Award.
• The Award is limited to degrees earned through coursework. The Award is only applicable to the coursework portion of a combined degree that combines coursework and research.

Application Process:

To be considered for the UNSW International Student Award, candidates must submit a 500-word personal statement explaining why they want to pursue the suggested program at UNSW. Through Apply Online, new candidates can include a personal statement as an attachment to their application. Current offer holders who are applying through the UNSW Foundation or UAC should post their statement using Apply Online or myUNSW.
