The Queen Mary Univeristy of London is offering scholarships to International undergraduate students in the fields of Biological and Chemical Sciences, Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Engineering and Material Science, Physics, and Astronomy.

Eligibility

  • The candidates applying for International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards (ISEEA), 2017-18 should be classed as overseas for fee purpose.
  • The applicants should have AAA at A-Level, or 36 IB points with 6, 6, 6 at Higher Level, or its overseas equivalent.
  • The candidates should apply and enroll in the Faculty of Science and Engineering in the 2017/18 academic year.
  • The applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship.
  • The candidates who are following the Queen Mary International Science and Engineering Foundation Program and plan to continue their studies in Science and Engineering at Queen Mary will be considered if they achieve a Distinction in their foundation program.

How to apply?

  • The applicants for International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards (ISEEA), 2017-18 are not required to submit a separate application for the scholarship.
  • The candidates will be considered based on the information they provide in their UCAS or online application to Queen Mary. 
  • The applicants are expected to confirm Queen Mary as their first choice.
  • The successful applicants will be informed through e-mail about the scholarship outcome.

Value of the scholarship
The recipients of International Science and Engineering Excellence Awards (ISEEA), 2017-18 get £5,000 per year for three years a total of £15,000 (£20,000 for MEng students) towards tuition fees.
