Introduction:

The International Postgraduate Taught Merit Scholarship is offered by the University of Leicester to recognize outstanding international students applying for campus-based postgraduate taught programs. Eligible students demonstrating exceptional academic achievement receive a tuition fee discount.

Eligibility for ULSB International PGT Merit Scholarship:

The Applicants:

Must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
Must hold a qualification equivalent to a UK First Class degree.
Must apply for a full-time, campus-based postgraduate-taught master's degree or PGCE.
Must be commencing studies in September 2026, January 2027, or April 2027.

Application Process:

There is no need for a separate application; eligible students will be considered automatically.

Value of the Schiolarship:

A GBP 5,000 is awarded to support a full-time student.
