International Gender Equality Prize is being for offered to promote gender equality internationally. This prize is awarded by the Government of Finland. The International Gender Equality Prize was proposed in 2022 in honour of 100th anniversary of Finnish's Independence with awardee being German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Eligibility for International Gender Equality Prize Finland:

  • The applicant can nominate a person or organization for the International Gender Equality Prize if they obey the following criteria:
    • Belonging to any nationalities.
    • Willing to advance gender equality.

Value of International Gender Equality Prize Finland:

The recipient of the International Gender Equality Prize will be awarded 300,000 euros. This prize is to be used to achieve significant advancement of Gender Equality globally.
