Eligibility Criteria for Award of Excellence:

Must be an international student (non-US citizen)
Must attend secondary school outside the United States
Must apply for undergraduate admission to the University of Oklahoma
Must apply for admission by 15 December
Must achieve a minimum of:
- 31 ACT, OR
- 1390 SAT (or higher)
Must submit official SAT/ACT scores before 30 April if retesting
Must meet all university admission requirements

Scholarship value: $68,000 total
Award amount: $17,000 per year for 4 years
