Eligibility for University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarships:

Applicants must:

  • Be international students (not U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible for U.S. federal financial aid)
  • Be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon
    • New students must apply for Fall 2026 admission by January 15, 2026
  • Demonstrate financial need

Value of the University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarships:
