Innisfail & District Agricultural Society Award

The Innisfail & District Agricultural Society Award provides financial support to deserving Olds College Students in agriculture-related diploma programs.

Eligibility criteria for the Innisfail & District Agricultural Society Award:

• The applicant must be a second-year student.
• The applicant must be enrolled in either Agricultural Management, Agricultural & Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Technology, Animal Health Technology, or Meat Processing agriculture-related diploma programs at the college.
• The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
• The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
• The applicant must live within a 25 km radius of Innisfail.
• The applicant must demonstrate volunteerism or participation in the community.
• If no eligible student from the Innisfail area is selected, preference may be given to a resident of Red Deer County.
• Preference is given to members of 4-H or other agricultural organizations.
