The Indigenous Relocation Scholarship (Higher Education) is designed to help Indigenous undergraduate or graduate students start or finish their degree at Swinburne by helping with moving expenses or housing fees.
Eligibility for Indigenous Accommodation Scholarship in Australia:
Applicants must:
- Be Australian citizens of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (COA or Statutory Declaration required)
- Have lived in a regional or remote area and need to relocate for study
- Be full-time, on-campus students (commencing or continuing in 2025)
- Not be receiving or eligible for an ICAS scholarship
- Show educational or financial disadvantage
- Provide a 500-word personal statement and a character reference
