Eligibility for University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarships:

Applicants must:

Be international students (not U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible for U.S. federal financial aid)
Be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon
- New students must apply for Fall 2026 admission by January 15, 2026
Demonstrate financial need
Maintain a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
Demonstrate:
- Participation in cultural activities
- Performance and presentation skills
- Strong academic records
- Strong communication skills

Value of the University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarships:

Partial tuition-waiver scholarship
Renewable annually for the duration of the student’s degree (subject to program compliance)
