Eligibility Criteria for the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences Deans International Excellence Scholarship at University of Strathclyde 2026:

  • Hold an offer to study a full-time Postgraduate Taught Master’s programme in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
  • Be enrolling for the September 2026 intake.
  • Be a self-funded student.
  • Meet all programme admission requirements.
  • Not be enrolled in ineligible programmes.
  • Be willing to participate in student ambassador activities during the course.
  • Accept that only one scholarship per academic year from the university is allowed.

£10,000 towards tuition fees

Application Process:

  • Apply for an eligible postgraduate programme at the University of Strathclyde.
  • No separate scholarship application is required.
  • The application deadlines are:

Friday 31 July 2026 for applicants from Bangladesh, Ghana, Nepal and Pakistan and applicants form the Indian states of Punjab, Gujarat and Haryana. where enhanced visa-readiness checks are advisable.

Friday 14 August 2026 for international applicants from all other countries.
