Howard S. and Marie H. Starks Scholarship at Georgia State University 2025

The goal of this scholarship program is to provide scholarships to junior or senior undergraduate students who have completed 50 credit hours in a degree program, have a minimum 2.5-grade point average, have a strong drive and commitment to completing their education, and have financial need as documented by the Student Financial Aid Office.

Eligibility for Howard S. and Marie H. Starks Scholarship at Georgia State University:

• The applicant must be a junior or senior undergraduate student who has completed 50 credit hours in a degree program.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2.5 grade point average.
• The applicant must have a strong drive and determination to complete his or her degree.
• The candidate's financial need should have been documented by the Student Financial Aid Office.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must complete and submit the General Application Form to be considered for the scholarship.
