      Hello Payal Priyadarshini Jena,

Refugees aiming to begin or continue their Bachelor's or Master's degree in Germany are eligible to apply, regardless of their semester of study. On the application page, the term used is "First degree" instead of "Bachelor's degree". However, please note that the scholarship you're inquiring about has expired.

Additionally, I believe you're in communication with Umang Modi, your financial officer, he is the one who is well equipped to support your education loan process. Fell free to reach out to him if you face any issue in your loan process.
