Eligibility criteria -
- The HBCU & HSI Alumni Scholarships are available to prospective master's students who have completed their bachelor's degree at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) that is a member of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU).
Application Process
- To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must indicate in their Heinz College application that they have completed their bachelor's degree at an eligible HBCU or HSI institution.

- Full-Tuition Scholarship: A limited number of full-tuition (100%) scholarships are available for eligible students.
Minimum Partnership Scholarship:
- All HBCU and HSI alumni are guaranteed a minimum 30% partnership scholarship if they are not selected for the full-tuition award.
