- Applicants of Government of Malta Scholarship for Master of Arts in Humanitarian Action, 2017 are required to have a recognized degree that is deemed relevant by the Board of Arts Faculty.
- Candidates must be nationals of Tunisia currently residing in Tunisia.
- Applicants must have an intention to return to Tunisia upon the completion of their study at the University of Malta.
- Applicants should have a first degree with second class or equivalent in any relevant subject.
- Applicants of Government of Malta Scholarship for Master of Arts in Humanitarian Action, 2017 who haven't studied in Malta should submit an English language proficiency certificate with a required score.
- Candidates should meet the entry requirements of the University of Malta and also the conditions of the Master's program.
- Candidates who are unable to pursue the program without the scholarship and those employed in public office in Tunisia, or working actively with NGOs in Tunisia will be given preference.
- Succesful candidates of the Government of Malta Scholarship for Master of Arts in Humanitarian Action, 2017 will be provided the following:
- Tuition Fee of the degree at the University of Malta
- Health Insurance to cover expenses up to EUR 500 per year
- A monthly subsistence allowance amounting to EUR 1000 per month
- Cost of One return direct journey (EUR 400)
