The GIIDAE Empowering Change Scholarship is offered at the University of Reading to high-achieving students enrolled in master's programs at the Graduate Institute of International Development, Agriculture, and Economics.

Eligibility Criteria for GIIDAE Empowering Change Scholarship at University of Reading 2026:

Applicants must be from a World Bank low‑ or medium‑income country.
Applicants must be students liable to pay overseas tuition fees.
Awards are intended to acknowledge and support applicants with good academic records.
An award will only apply for the 2026-2027 academic year and cannot be deferred.

Value of GIIDAE Empowering Change Scholarship at University of Reading 2026:

It provides a contribution towards living expenses and a reduction in tuition fees. The funds are split between £5000 towards living expenses and £5000 applied as a tuition reduction.
