Freemasons Foundation Victoria Music Scholarship
The Freemasons Foundation Victoria Music Scholarship was introduced to assist talented and deserving music students to access tertiary education and to provide them with opportunities which would not otherwise have been available to them due to their personal circumstances.
Eligibility criteria -
- The applicant must be an Australian citizen or a New Zealand citizen with an Australian permanent resident or an Australian humanitarian visa holder
- They must be commencing or continuing undergraduate student enrolled or intending to enrol full-time in the Bachelor of Music at a Monash campus in Australia
- Also, commencing students must achieve an ATAR score of 90+ (80+ for Indigenous students)
- And for, continuing students must achieve a 70+ WAM
- They must maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by the course requirements
- They must reside in Victoria and be experiencing financial hardship.
Application process -
- The applicants must also surpass all the requirements set by the university.
Award - $6000 per 48 credit points for one year only.
