Frederick Walters Physics & Astronomy Scholarship is awarded to support undergraduates (juniors/seniors) and graduates (Masters/MFA) in the Department of Physics & Astronomy who demonstrate outstanding academic merit and financial need.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Open to all nationals
  • The minimum GPA requirements are 3.0 for undergraduates and 3.3 for graduate students.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in master's-level studies majoring in Physics & Astronomy.
  • Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 9 units, while graduate students must be enrolled in at least 3 units.
