Eligibility Criteria for Fred & Ruth Stork Awards in German Studies:

IcGS Program Awards
- Be full-time graduate students in the Joint Intercultural German Studies program
- Be enrolled in the Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies
- Submit a post-travel report (one page) after returning from Germany
- Be selected by the WCGS Director and Graduate Studies Officer
University of Waterloo Study Travel Awards
- Be full-time undergraduate or graduate students at the university
- Participate in an approved German study or cultural program abroad (e.g., Waterloo in Germany, OBW, Canadian Summer School in Germany, CAUTG Work Study Program, FUBiS)
- Submit a one-page statement of intent
- Apply for travel between May 1 and April 30 of the following year
- Declare any other travel funding received
