Frank Wiggins Candee Scholarship at Washington State University 2026

Eligibility Criteria for the Frank Wiggins Candee Scholarship:

• Applicants can be of any nationality.
• Applicants must be undergraduates.
• Applicants must be enrolled in WSU’s College of Engineering and Mineral Technology, with preference to those majoring in mechanical engineering.

Selection Criteria:

The selection committee will consider the following:

• Proven intellectual ability in the major area,
• Character,
• Financial need and 
• Potential for growth and development.

Application Process:

• Applicants must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year.
• There is no additional application process.

Value of the Frank Wiggins Candee Scholarship:

The successful candidates will receive an award amount at the discretion of the University.
