About the scholarship:
The Frank Barzyk Brass Award is given to Bachelor of Music candidates who excel in the faculty's yearly examinations by performing excellently on a brass instrument.
Eligibility for the Frank Barzyk Brass Award at the University of Melbourne:
- This scholarship is open to all nationals.
- The applicant must be enrolled in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music as an undergraduate student majoring in music with a brass concentration.
Selection criteria:
Nominations are made by the Head of the discipline in consultation with academic staff. The Dean will approve the recipients.
When will the winner get to know the outcome?
Recipients will be notified at the end of the year.

A single payment of approximately AUD 960.
