This scholarship was founded in 2004 by Timothy Colter, a 1992 M.S. graduate from UW-Madison, and Debra Fluno, a 1987 graduate of the School of Pharmacy.

Eligibility for the Fluno Colter Scholarship at the University of Wisconsin:
