Good day, I am currently in my 4th year of undergraduate study in Bachelor of Sustainable Fisheries and Marine Resources, PNGUNRE, Papua New Guinea. Is it possible for me to apply for Masters program for 2025? Even if I am residing in NZ and not a citizen. Is it possible for me to study and apply for NZ citizenship? Thank you for your time and consideration.
