The University of Kansas is offering Scholarships for International undergraduate students in the following quotas: KU Excellence, KU Distinction, KU Achievement, KU Performance, and KU Access. The awards are offered only for the first-year freshman.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarships are awarded based on a student’s high school GPA.
Candidates must be freshmen students who enroll in at least 12 credit hours for both the fall and spring semesters.

Value of the Scholarship:

The scholarships are awarded based on the following quotas
- KU Excellence - 3.95-4.00 GPA - USD 64,000 (USD 16,000/year)
- KU Distinction - 3.85-3.94 GPA - USD 56,000 (USD 14,000/year)
- KU Achievement - 3.70-3.84 GPA - USD 48,000 (USD 12,000/year)
- KU Performance - 3.50-3.69 GPA - USD 40,000 (USD 10,000/year)
- KU Access - 3.25-3.49 GPA - USD 32,000 (USD 8,000/year)

Scholarship Renewal:

Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time.
Scholarships are given for a student’s first bachelor’s degree or eight semesters of enrollment, whichever comes first.
